Summer Menu

Every morning the chef selects for you “the suggestions of the day” mainly created with seasonal, local and fresh products according to Belle-île’s marketplace.
Seafood, Brittany lobsters, oysters from Quiberon’s bay, open sea oysters, order your platter in advance and come to sit facing the great ocean.

Also savour the wonderful setting of our deck!

For lunch, we offer you several possibilities:

A starter, main course & a dessert : 23.50 €. Coffee offered.

For this summer the Chef has selected for you:

- Marinated scallop petals in sweet pepper

- Oven crisped goat’s cheese with walnut butter, salad with aromatic herbs

- Shellfish fricassee with lemon thyme

- Roasted John Dory fillet, artichoke with salt and pepper

- Roasted lobster with slightly salted butter

- 3-style Belle-île lamb with vegetable tian and thyme gravy
(lambs from Trion Guen farm, Le Palais)

- Butcher’s choice « seaspray meat » (Belle-île)

- Goat cheeses of Belle-île (Mrs Aillet in Locmaria)

And last but not least do savour

- crème brûlée with orange and thyme
- crunchy pistachio
